Generation6 is a boutique advisory firm working with multigenerational family enterprises around the world. We partner with families as they navigate governance transitions, prepare rising generations, and steward continuity over time.
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide executional leverage to our Project Manager and advisory team, enabling us to serve families with consistency, responsiveness, and care. This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, takes pride in precision, and enjoys being the person who quietly makes everything work.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for the operational and administrative backbone of client delivery, including:
Client onboarding & project setup
Executing established onboarding workflows
Preparing and sending contracts, setting up projects, and organizing documentation
Flagging discrepancies before they become problems
CRM & systems execution
Creating and maintaining records in Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects
Keeping data accurate, current, and clean across systems
Data hygiene & system maintenance
Daily, weekly, and monthly data hygiene routines
Supporting advisors with folder and document organization as needed
Scheduling & communications
Scheduling interviews and meetings
Sending routine internal communications tied to workflows and deadlines
Billing & accounts receivable support
Reviewing time logs for accuracy
Tracking invoices and coordinating follow-ups with clients and bookkeeping
General administrative support
Managing the general inbox
Preparing internal meeting materials and agendas as directed
Must-Have Qualifications
These are non-negotiables for success in this role:
Experience working as an administrative assistant, operations coordinator, or project support role
Strong comfort with project management systems and structured workflows
Exceptional attention to detail: you notice what others might miss
Clear, professional written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems
Coachable, adaptable, and responsive to feedback
Reliable follow-through and ownership of tasks from start to finish
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
These aren’t required, but they’ll help you thrive faster:
Hands-on experience with the Zoho Suite, especially Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects
Experience supporting professional services, consulting, or advisory firms
Familiarity with time tracking, invoicing, or accounts receivable workflows
Experience working remotely with distributed teams
Comfort juggling multiple projects with competing priorities
Interest in family enterprises, governance, or education-based work
