Jocelyn’s journey into family business began in 2019 when she joined the Family Business Center at the University of Louisville. In her various roles at the center, Jocelyn discovered a profound sense of purpose in working closely with business families, developing a deep appreciation for the unique dynamics and challenges they face. Her time at the Family Business Center ignited a dedication to helping family businesses thrive - a commitment she continues to uphold at Generation6.
After earning her marketing degree from Loyola University of Chicago in 2010, Jocelyn gained valuable experience in the food service and market research industries. In 2019, her family relocated to Louisville, KY, where she continued her education, earning an MBA from the University of Louisville and obtaining a project management certificate from the same institution in 2022.
As Director of Firm Operations and Client Engagement, Jocelyn is the backbone of Generation6’s day-to-day management, client relationships, and overall effectiveness. She works closely with the leadership team and advisors to translate strategic priorities into action, oversee client engagements, and ensure that the firm delivers a consistent, high-quality experience to the families it serves. Combining a deep understanding of family enterprise dynamics with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, Jocelyn helps strengthen the relationships, processes, and collaboration that enables to team to serve their client families effectively.
