Elise has held leadership roles across agencies and in-house teams, with experience spanning business operations, digital strategy, client services, and organizational development. She is also the founder of Kinnective Digital Strategies, where she provides fractional operations leadership and helps organizations translate strategic priorities into effective processes, clear responsibilities, and consistent execution.
