Growing up as the daughter of a non-family executive in a 2nd generation family business, Charlotte is used to dinner table conversations about the business – even though it wasn’t her own. Her keen interest in the inner workings of family is what brought her to the family business world.
After graduating from Barat College in 1999 with a B.A. in Art History, she moved to the Mississippi Delta to manage a Habitat for Humanity affiliate, coordinating project sites and volunteers. In 2004, she moved back to Chicago and took on a role as the manager of Sawbridge Studios, a hand-crafted, American-made furniture gallery. In 2016, she joined Keyt Consulting as Andrew’s Chief of Staff, a role she maintained at Generation6 until she went on to pursue her own career goals.
In 2020, Charlotte earned her certification in Hogan assessments and in 2023 her certification in Leadership Coaching with the Co-active Training Institute. In addition to her engagement in Generation6, she serves her own clients as a development and career transition coach in Chicago.
